Soroptimist International San Jacinto Hemet Valley


 
Welcome to Soroptimist International San Jacinto Hemet Valley . We are a non-profit service club chartered in 1961 whose members work together to improve the lives of women and girls. Our members are women of all (ages)(substitute “professions”), cultures and ethnic groups. Our club engages in community-based and global service projects and fundraising events that benefit the lives of women and girls. Membership enrolls you in a global women’s organization with more than 80,000 members in about 120 countries and provides leadership development and networking opportunities.

Soroptimist International San Jacinto Hemet Valley

  • Come for the fun and participate in worthy service projects that provide educational and financial support to all levels of females: middle schoolers to adult heads of household.
  • Benefit from regional professional development opportunities such as Leadership Training in Palm Springs, Fall Meeting in Idyllwild, and Spring Conference in Arizona. Past topics have focused on Redefining Leadership, Embracing Change, Committing to Inclusivity, Building & Maintaining a Club Website, & Overcoming Fear of the Ask-Building Fundraising Confidence
  • Have fun participating in personal project fundraisers such as LipSync, Bunco for Breast Cancer, Mystery Dinners and cooking classes. etc.
  • Get in the mood for the holidays with involvement in our annual Jingle Mingle fundraiser with a silent auction and tabletop décor raffle items.
  • Work with like-minded women to support the Big Goal Mission of Soroptimist to invest in half a million girls and women through access to education by 2031.
