About our club

  • Soroptimist International of San Jacinto-Valley was chartered in 1961
  • We are a 501(c)3, Non-profit corporation under Soroptimist International of the Americas
  • Members are women of all ages, cultures and ethnic groups
  • Members work together to improve the lives of women and girls
  • Members participate in club service projects and fundraising events
  • Membership provides leadership development and networking opportunities
 Club Meetings
  • We hold a hybrid meeting once each month via Zoom and in person
  • The monthly business meetings are held on the fourth Thursday* of each month at 5:30 PM- Also via Zoom (check our calendar for meeting location. SJHV Chamber of Commerce Conference room at 615 N. San Jacinto Ave.

 Club Dues - Include Club, Region and Federation Dues
  • Annual dues 2024-25 Full Year July 1- June 30 are $164 for returning regular members*
  • New & reinstated member dues are $199 for the first year*
  • Included New Member dues is a one-time $25 club member fee for badge, pin and notebook included in fee above is a  $10 SIA New/ Reinstated Member Fee (initial year only)

Soroptimist is a global women’s organization with more than 80,000 members in about 120 countries and territories who support community–based and global projects benefiting women and girls. The organization is particularly concerned with providing women and girls access to education, as this is the most effective path to self-determination.
